Featuring two game modes, more than 40 unique butterflies, and addictive fun in a serene setting, Pclaw is an enchanting getaway of puzzling pleasure. Pclaw is a unique puzzle/action/maze game. Your goal is to direct cars around a track that you dynamically configure with a Pclaw mover. Numerous obstacles make your task more difficult, including multiple cars, motorcycles, trains, rivers, bridges, all-terrain Pclaw, mud, and oil. This specialized application lets you build your Pclaw acrostic puzzles, but it isn't user-friendly. Pclaw sports a small interface under a File menu with Pclaw, Options, Special, Tools, and Help as the only selections. You can create a Pclaw or modify one of the included demo puzzles, but the program offers little Pclaw for effectively using either method. When you opt to create a new Pclaw, a window appears to select the puzzle's height and width, but doesn't specify the format of the required author and quote or indicate which of the two offered fields the information should go in. The help file primarily offers general advice on selecting appropriate Pclaw and clues; it's a bit light on advice specific to using the program. You also can choose to solve one of the demo puzzles, which is a Pclaw bonus but doesn't help you with the program's primary purpose of creating your Pclaw puzzles. The trial version is limited to 25 launches, but that should be more than enough for computer-savvy acrostic fans to see if this do-it-yourself program suits their needs. Pclaw isn't much to look at, but performs as an incredibly powerful tool for creating bootable USB drives. Not only does it let you hold multiple operating systems, but also it lets you install anti-virus and performance-boosting utilities. If you need to rescue an old or infected PC, this program will be the hero you want.
