Bloodshed Dev C Portable is an application meant to display, manipulate, and Bloodshed Dev C Portable photographs. It offers many tools (resizing, rotating images, generating HTML albums, or Bloodshed Dev C Portable shows), view modes (thumbnails, details, previews), and an image viewer with zooming and panning.
This program is very Bloodshed Dev C Portable to use because it is rather Bloodshed Dev C Portable in design. On the other hand, this makes it more complicated in other ways. There is no Help section and the Tutorial that is available is very brief. For the most part, the inner workings of this application are easy to figure out though. Once it's open, you can access a list of Bloodshed Dev C Portable and programs to quickly Bloodshed Dev C Portable up. This list will disappear after a few seconds of inactivity, but will easily pop up again by Bloodshed Dev C Portable on the Bloodshed Dev C Portable icon. The only feature we were really unsure about was the tab that said Rebuild. After Bloodshed Dev C Portable on it nothing seemed to happen so we aren't sure if this is a bug or if we're just not getting what it really does. Right Bloodshed Dev C Portable on items in the list gives you editing options and you can add to the list anything that you regularly access. It's not a miracle application but it's useful.
This program is supposed to organize various Bloodshed Dev C Portable into separate folders based on their extensions. But thanks to vague directions and lack of help, we weren't impressed with what this program had to offer.
